EMF Corp. has proven to give the customer the best finishes, whether it be plastic or metal. We are prepared to meet the challenge of any job and can give complete satisfaction for Class A, textures, color matches, prototypes, and production runs.

To prepare your parts to receive the highest quality finish, we put them through a 3 stage automatic iron/phosphate wash for rust prevention and adhesion.

We certify to all specifications used per the customer request and are approved to paint according to Military specifications.

If the painted products need to be baked, the parts are rolled into our oven. After the proper amount of curing or air drying time, the parts are sent to be inspected, packaged, and then readied for shipment.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a metal coating technique that is highly chip and scratch resistant. This process is different than paint. Powder is sold by the pound, which may come in 45 to 55 pounds per box. Most powder vendors provide color charts of all the colors they carry.

Most of the colors specified in a color chart are stock products, ready to order by the box. Powder Coating offers great performance advantages, at a reduced cost. It also offers a way of meeting environmental regulations and requirements.
