To prepare your parts to receive the highest quality finish, we put them through an automatic iron/phosphate wash for rust prevention and adhesion. We certify to all specifications used per the customer request and are approved to paint according to Military specifications.

If the painted products need to be baked, the parts are rolled into our oven. After the proper amount of curing or air drying time, the parts are sent to be inspected, packaged, and then readied for shipment.
