Powder Coating
Powder coating is a metal coating technique that is highly chip and
scratch resistant. This process is different than paint. Powder is
sold by the pound, which may come in 45 to 55 pounds per box. Most
powder vendors provide color charts of all the colors they carry.
Most of the colors specified in a color chart are stock products,
ready to order by the box. Powder Coating offers great performance
advantages, at a reduced cost. It also offers a way of meeting
environmental regulations and requirements.
